ND fans and some of the beat always have a soft spot for the back-up QB.

These guys were both the back-ups, no one knows how to act or cover it. It’s been too long due to transfers.

Carr to win the job. Minchey being less effective downfield + some athleticism - but I don’t see a difference maker as a running threat.

I’ve never had a bite of Skyline chili - looks good on a dog though. I’ll give in and give it a shot.

My guess is that whenever it is announced who the starter is, we'll get some really nice puff pieces about QB1 and get some details about how competitive the camp battle was.

I was reading an article this morning while having my coffee, basking in the last Friday morning before school starts on Monday. The team I coach has had a pretty good camp. We have an experienced and pretty talented team with high expectations. We should compete for a D6 title and make a deep run in the PIAA playoffs….so I could be drinking kool-aid instead of coffee this morning…

But, I had an epiphany this morning. ND starts their season in Hard Rock stadium in Miami. The NC game this year is where? In Miami’s Hard Rock stadium. ND is going to start and end their season in Hard Rock stadium and end the 38 year drought!
