After upsetting the Irish, a lot of media thought regardless of what happens, the win likely saved NIU’s HC job. I don’t think they expected a free fall this bad. Feels like the needle is starting to trend towards firing.

NIU finally finishing off a shitty UMass team. NIU used all their breaks up against us otherwise they would be 5-0 right now. I bet they will take 3-2 with win over ND instead of 4-1 with loss to ND.

They outplayed and actually dominated NC St on the road and held them to 200 yards of offense while gaining 400. Same thing in the road with Buffalo yet managed to lose with their kicker missing two makeable FGs. Used all their wild cards against us but they have a memory that will exceed all others just like they created our most embarrassing game in decades.

Gah, Louisville. SMU's good but this is the problem with the stupid ACC. After Miami and maybe Clemson there's a bunch of good-not-great teams who are quite capable of beating one another on any given week, and so they'll all go like 8-4.
