Honestly, Beck kind of sucks. Mostly just tosses the ball out there for his receivers to make a play and isn’t that great under pressure.

Should have had a TD a couple plays before the game sealing pick but way under threw the receiver who had a couple steps.

These QBs at power programs like Bama, Georgia and OSU are nearly always frauds. How could you not be successful playing with that talent?

All said though...everyone at the Oktoberfest party was saying "this game doesn't really matter, does it?" Couldn't help but sorta agree.

Nah, this is still way better. DeBoer makes a lot of questionable decisions and looks like he's going to stroke out in 5 years.

He's also going to be much easier to hate on since the ESPN propaganda machine can't pretend that he's the Papaw of College Football like they would with Saban when he was lobbying for rule changes.

Absolutely. The regular season is on life support. The only games that matter will be played in December once the TV networks decide who gets to play in them.

I already hate it lol.

Golden era FCS playoffs worked because it was regional conferences basically needed to win their conference to get into the playoffs. Or be runners up. This does not translate to FBS in any meaningful sense.

It was there and it was a favorable match-up...kid just made plays. UGA giving up that pass to Williams was inexcusable.

Getting his feet turned down the sidelines/field after the catch looks like something you'd see on Sunday, not Saturday.

Definitely a different level of player. And, as has been mentioned every game, he's just 17. He's supposed to be a senior in HS right now, but took on a lot of extra work and graduated a year early. He's close to NFL ready right now.
