4:10 Mark in this video. Kelly doesn't even get acknowledged.

There was an overhead video I saw last night with Kelly putting his arms out for a hug and JD doesn't even look at him but I can't find it now, anyone have that video?

Sure is. I don’t think I saw one mock have the Colts taking him.
Good to know I still should not set my watch to these things. Looking forward to this morning's "Way Too Early 2025 NFL Draft Mock Draft" coming from who knows where.

Dallas Turner maybe said three words I could understand
You might want to invest in a sound bar. I got one about a month ago. Sony. Superb.

Can't help but compare this to 2017 Bears with Mike Glennon and Trubisky (Granted Mike Glennon is not in the same stratosphere as Cousins)

Ryan Pace strikes again

If you had to be in Detroit wouldn’t you drink?

I was there once. Was very cold and very empty

You caught it on a good day.
I remember getting out of the car when we were in Detroit for Wrestlemania.
Me: "Holy shit, what's the god forsaken smell?"
Buddy: "That? That's just Detroit. Enjoy!"
I will fight all of you. @Irish#1 any openings at the Irsay Y coming up?

In the past the Raiders haven't really made use of their TEs, but I guess their new OC Getsy loves using them. That said, Bowers isn't a blocker, not like Mayer. I expect Bowers gets the start, but he's going to wind up flexed out more often than not. Either way, I don't see Mayer wasting away. He's either going to get used there, or they're going to move him to a team that will actually utilize him. I think it's going to be good for him either way. If they go 12 man personnel I could see it being good for Mayer. Teams will focus on Bowers first and it could open up opportunities.

Goodell recently had back surgery. JC Latham picked him up after being drafted at 7. Goodell was noticeably more stiff and slow walking out for the rest of the draft.
Oh lord...that's a big no no! After I had my first back surgery I struggled to get out of bed. A nurse came and decided it would be a good idea to just grab me around the chest and lift me up. I went right back down, immense pain the rest of the day.

Saban with his gameday audition tonight. He’s crushing it. You can tell why hes arguably the best recruiter ever.
I typically go with NFL Network for The Draft, but I absolutely had to flip over there to see St. Nick every now and again. I think he adds something to Game Day that has been sorely lacking for a very long time.

Should have gotten a Best Supporting Actor nod for The Blind Side, too.

Sure, I've seen the stuff about the back surgery. That doesn't excuse the last few drafts since 2020 where he has looked sloshed and can't finish a sentence for each and every one of them.

I've had enough of these two for multiple lifetimes. Not interested.
What the hell's wrong with Pat McAfee?!
I find him to be a breath of fresh air in an ESPN world that has pushed out Golics in favor of Greenbergs. He's brought life to the WWE broadcasts too, not that I watch much outside of a few PPVs a year. McAfee's energy and passion are partly why I even started watching again.

Rivals breaks down the high school rankings for each 1st round draftee last night.

Missed it by that much.

5. OT JOE ALT (LA Chargers)

0ce728c905c58cda8ec1f6c114006a75

"The former three-star from Fridley (Minn.) Totino Grace is a great learning lesson for the rankings process and projections since Alt was 6-foot-7 but only 270 pounds in high school. He played right tackle and moved people around but didn’t totally dominate physically on tape.

"However, with his frame and almost no bad weight in high school, it was clear that Alt would easily pack on pounds and while no one could have predicted his 6-foot-9 and 321-pound measurements at the combine, it’s a learning lesson that not everyone has to show up to national events and dominate to be a first-rounder.

"Projection is also super important." – Gorney

Doesn't really bring much to it for me, and I don't watch wrestling. I'll admit I didn't really even know who he was until this season. I had GameDay on for the first time in forever and there he was. It is not at all lost on me how he and his show appeal to large audiences, though. Just not my thing. They've needed to shake things up for a long time, so his presence completely makes sense. His schtick doesn't appeal to me at all. I get most of my football info from podcasts now. Stats, analytics, film break down, dorky stuff.

Davis, Herbstreit, Saban, Galloway and a fifth guy would be a solid lineup. A lot of people don't like RG3, but he brings something different to the games he broadcasts. McElroy is pretty good. Jesse Palmer is alright but is all over the place outside of football. I like Brock Huard but he works for Fox.

The fifth guy could be someone that we isn't even doing broadcasting right now.

Thomas ghosted him as well. That's a shame.
