Unfortunately for Jeanty, 400 touches lead to physical break downs.
Boise did him a disservice grinding him down like that and have probably shortened his pro career.

I fully agree with you, but in fairness, ND has some fans (a few of them in here) who have double digit IQs but think they're smarter than anyone else because they cheer for a school they never attended or could have gotten into.

You deal w/ the hand your dealt. He’ll still earn generational wealth. If his career is shortened it’ll hopefully be from injuries from the neck down & he can save his mental acuity.

I'll prolly be wrong but Arizona St literally just had two penalties for first downs and looked like they were already scratching and clawing to get yards. And got 3 points.

TD by Texas on this first drive and this game will be ugly

For those of us old timers still OTA, is there any way to see the game online?

I understand your frustration. Bama isn’t the problem. It’s the entire SEC fanbase that rides their (and now UGA’s) coattails for what Saban accomplished. I can’t speak for all non-SEC fans, but I think what sent it into overdrive this season was media talking heads voicing their disdain for the teams who got in over the three 3-loss SEC teams. You know…kinda like the MSM actively protecting a certain POTUS’s mental acuity while telling us the Emperor has no clothes. ESPN is seen by a lot of fans (silly or not) as no different than CNN, MSNBC or Fox echo chambers.

It does seem you are starting to let it get to you as you used the tired old trope of “most ND fans didn’t even attend the school”. As an ND fan who’s lived his entire adult life in SEC country, I urge you to check the Alma maters of each SEC fanbase (Vandy may be an exception). You do realize that if all college football teams were only permitted to have fans who attended their school root for them, CFB would be about as popular as WNBA. Despite a lot of Bama fans on X calling for DeBoer’s job after barely one season, I’m confident Bama will be back in the mix as early as next year. We ND fans have been hearing shit since 1994. I think y’all can handle a little shit here & there. You’re better than that.

CFP committee needs to consider reseeding in the second round of we are going to keep automatic qualifiers.

God I hope ND makes their game this boring.
From your post to God’s ears but I suspect UGA will employ a similar strategy to Riley as UT is using on Leavitt. You can’t put the entire onus of the offense on Leonard’s shoulders & not require the OL to give him time Or open holes. This OL determines the outcome today IMO

When you have most fans screaming about conference championships matter, be careful what you wish for. I do think they’ll give byes to the top seeded teams based on rankings going forward. Conference champs will get auto bids but be seeded accordingly. And fans will still be unhappy.

I think they're likely to keep automatic qualifiers but drop the mandate that only champs are eligible for byes. Doesn't really solve the problem but it'll be their way of pretending like they're doing something.

Also minor quibble, it's not the committee who will make this decision.
