She's hoisting mostly three's. She actually has a pretty decent shot. She's just not a banger on the block.Worst part is it highlighted the 4.2ppg because it was her best stat. On less than 35% from the floor - at 6'4"
The variance between her stats pre-KSU and KSU numbers does suggest she has some upside. She's hoisting mostly three's. She actually has a pretty decent shot. She's just not a banger on the block.
Do we have time to develop the upside? lolThe variance between her stats pre-KSU and KSU numbers does suggest she has some upside.
I think the question isn't whether it needs to be developed so much as was she being poorly utilized? I don't watch KSU women's basketball, let alone U20 international, so your guess on that is as good as mine.Do we have time to develop the upside? lol
They've been in contact with her, a long with multiple other annual top 10 caliber programs.I'm hoping we go after the Duke guard who is in the portal. She was a key scorer and hopefully academics wouldn't be an issue for transferring.

It’s getting worse.
I mean she did nothing this year when she shoulda brought in 4-5 girls in this classThis narrative that Ivey can’t recruit needs to stop. It’s simply not true.
2020 class had four five stars.
2021 class had two five star recruits and transfer in Maya Dodson who had a great year with us.
2022 class she brought in one four star and three transfers- Watson, Jenna Brown and Lauren Ebo.
2023 class she brought in three five star players and two transfers.
And then the last two classes only one player each a five star.
That’s 11 five star players in six classes plus 9 transfers.
I’m not sure what happened the last two classes. Maybe a lack of effort. Who knows. But obviously what happened in the last year is the exception not the norm. Everyone just calm down and let’s see what happens.

For sure. The recruiting results were not what was needed. But a narrative has formed with some posters that she hasn’t been a good recruiter her entire tenure. Which is false. And consequently it’s some posters who were singing her praises when she got Olivia and Sonia. And now she’s the worst. Too much emotions going on. There’s still a lot of work to be done to save the roster. And it could be a rough year on the court. But we’ll see what happens.I mean she did nothing this year when she shoulda brought in 4-5 girls in this class
Fair. Recruiting for the 2025 class was poor. It’s not necessarily an indicator that Ivey is a poor recruiter or the worst ND has ever seen. The results before this class would say she is not the worst ever at this university. Can’t v Didn’t
Read an article that said Milaysia from South Carolina has a final two of LSU and ND. She’s not the best shooter but she can score getting to the rim. Again we’ll see though.Nice to see some movement, but I can't "relax" as hard as I try.
We still lack shooters. Hannah will score. What will we do when she faces a virtual box-and-one?
None of our retainees are scorers; none of our additions are either. The new size MIGHT be OK.
Still this looks like team with one starter, one maybe starter (Cass Prosper), and a group of marginal starters who definitely wouldn't start on a contending team. (at least as far as what has been shown so far.)
Sure, but this could be the worst ND women’s rosters in a very long time. That’sa symptom of what problem?Fair. Recruiting for the 2025 class was poor. A year of poor recruiting. And I highly doubt this team will be as bad as it was in 19-20.Sure, but this could be the worst ND women’s rosters in a very long time. That’sa symptom of what problem?

Yeah Muffet on the way out probably had something to do with it. This is year 5? I’m hoping the Muffet luster isn’t wearing off.Hopefully not so bad, but that total makeover team did end up with five players who averaged more than 10ppg. If it had a true point guard to more efficiently distribute, maybe we would have had a winning record. (I really admire Muffet for staying the extra year so as not to stick Ivey with what she knew was the empty cupboard.)
Someone asked Eric Hansen about Fulwiley and his response was “I don’t see that happening”Read an article that said Milaysia from South Carolina has a final two of LSU and ND. She’s not the best shooter but she can score getting to the rim. Again we’ll see though.
