My first speeding ticket was doing 94 in a 70 on the Indiana Toll road on the way to Notre Dame vs Syracuse in 2008.

No idea why I was in such a hurry to get there for that pile of shit...

The cop told me that had I been doing 1 more over at 95, he would've arrested me for reckless driving automatically. Not sure if it was a scare tactic or not, as I was still very young at the time, but he seemed convincing.
I was pulled over for doing 120 in a 55. I had just bought my first sports car (BMW 1M series.) I just wanted to see how fast I could get from the Meridian exit to Keystone (the next exit.) I had forgotten that that part of 465 runs through Carmel. Not only was I arrested, but the DA wanted to give me jail time!
I was 18 going 115 in my Opal GT on 465 back when the speed limit around cities was 70. State Trooper pulled me over and told me to get out of the car. Standing behind my car he "loudly" asked if I was trying to kill somebody. "No sir". Well you're doing a damn good job of trying. Tells me it's my lucky day. He has to be somewhere and didn't have time to write me a ticket. I humbly got back in my car and found to my surprise that I hadn't pissed my pants.

The Colts only laying 3 to the Packers with Malik Willis starting feels like free money. Plus, the Pack had a very hard time stopping the Hurts/Saquan combo, so could be a big day for Taylor and Richardson.

This is one those things where Hill didn’t need to roll his window up like a dick…

But the reality is that he provided his identification as asked, isn’t obligated to keep his windows down beyond that.

Hill was a dick; cops felt disrespected and escalated instead of trying to figure it out. I know they deal with shit like this way too much, but if you’re gonna be a cop, you’ve gotta deescalate if possible.
Was Hill legitimately a threat to them? To me, this is what it always boils down to. Is there a legitimate threat to law enforcement for them to turn a routine traffic stop into a shit show?

It seems that at least one if not all of them knew who he was, too.

Those cheese fuckers will turn Willis into another HOF QB if they let him. It's what they do.
haha, I highly doubt it. Maybe a serviceable backup but he's had plenty of chances in Nashville and it didn't pan out there. We'll see, but smart money says play the Colts, even at Lambeau.

The people overseeing his chances in Nashville were fired.

He's in Green Bay now.

I'm still not sold on Richardson as a passer. He had a couple of huge plays against Houston, but he had plenty of passes that were head scratchers. He reminds me of a young Farve.

Tua ended his own career. When your head is soft as an egg you should know how to play. Damar probably shouldn’t even get a tackle out of it of the stat sheet. His effort to tackle Tua was very minimal.

That was on Tua. He could have slid there but he just didn't/doesn't. 100% him.

And now he needs to retire with his ridiculously large pile of cash before the rest of his brain turns to scrambled eggs.

The organization really needs to be the ones to begin the conversation. If they care anything about Tua as a person/employee.

Dan Campbell is a mad man. Lions successfully fake punt from their own 5.

CJ Stroud has set a terribly high bar for young QBs in the NFL. He's clearly an exception as opposed to the rule, however, but he's going to be the new standard to which guys are going to be held when they first enter the League.

Surprised Bryce Young is getting benched. I know he's on a bad team and not sure how much should be placed on franchise for them sucking and not just Young. We will find out in a couple weeks!

Drafting a 5'8" dude in the first round to play QB in the NFL is a bad idea. Margin of error there is non-existent.

At any given time, there is about 15 good starting QB's. Another 5-10 are decent. The rest are liabilities.

Takes a minute sometimes for teams to put it together.

Steelers look like they will win 9 games this year. The Tomlin Experience.
Some teams are the Browns. They require about 60 years and counting, haven't been real dominant since the Jim Brown days

Bears have their second round pick in next year's draft. It's as good as gold.

That trade just looks more lopsided now that BY has already been benched.
