Hopefully we are looking at the brey offense of old where we score at will. Starling was balling tonight. 10-11 from the field. Love to see that and Lubin looks like he’s coming a long.

10-11 is absolutely crazy. You don’t see that very often out of anybody. It’s bittersweet watching him because you want him to stay another year at least!

Great win tonight. Actually great.

A flash from everyone w/ Laz, Goodwin making some plays, good D by Cormac & the freshman both played amazing.
Both freshman look like they have a ton of composure which should bode well in ACC play.

This team looks like they could be good. MSU game should show where they are.

Having three legit scorers in Goodwin, Laz & JJ should be able to pull some upsets, IMO.
JJ played out of his mind, so efficient offensively. Hope to see him improve at the FT line as the season wears on, my only TINY criticism.

One thing I like about Cormac other than his very underrated offensive game: You could kind of tell he didn't have the shooting touch last night, and he quickly pivoted to making the extra pass offensively. Almost like he decided instead of forcing the issue, I'm going to punt my touches/shot opportunities to the other guys who are making plays. The whole squad played very unselfish basketball last night.

Give me ALL of the inside-out post action to Goodwin this year. I love his vision on the block and his ability to overmatch smaller guards in the post. If he doesn't like his match up, he'll buy some time and he is SO good at finding an open teammate on the perimeter if/when their defender comes inside to help in the post.

Still not a great defensive effort but much better in the 2nd half. Again, I was pretty shocked to see how many tough and contested shots BGSU was making early on. Uncanny how many low percentage FGs have been dropping for our opponents so I'm hoping if that regresses to the mean, our defensive numbers will improve a bit.

Finally, Nate Goodwin is going to be a problem for ACC defenses this year. Holy cow does he look sharp this season. He's got a whole new moxie leading this team.

Ummmmmmmm yeaaaaaaa

All I’ll say is 2-17 from 3. Basically the reason we lost even tho shooting in general was poor but 2-17 is atrocious

That whole game was like being on a long drive with bowel cramps and no gas station or rest stop in sight.
Only problem with that is you always get a good ending. This game did not have a good ending

I would not describe my morning highway bowel movements as always having a happy ending. Its like 50/50 at best

I’m a UPS driver so I know the feeling quite well. Especially since I deliver in the country parts of my area so there are some risky times on the road

Yeah good to always have a pyle of extra fast food napkins and an empty wide mouth gatorade bottle handy at all times. The gatorade bottle is not for the backside importantly.

Was thinking about going to the game Friday and glad I decided against it... It was over from the start. They had 2 points at like the 11 minute mark.

A chance to bounce back tonight. Sounds like Hammond still isn't ready but could be any day. I think Brey wants to make sure he's 100% for conference play with zero set backs.

For any bettors out there, MSU is a 1.5 pt favorite at the moment. That’s money.

I haven't been high on them this season, but I'm hoping they'll get hot and shock Michigan State tonight.

But this game might be the preview of what they'll look like against their ACC schedule, granted MSU is a pretty solid team.

MSU is banged up as Hall and Atkins are both out. This is a game ND absolutely has to steal at home. I think they shoot well and escape with a dub.

That was fun. I feel like I’ve seen this exact game before though last year when they beat Kentucky by a point after leading by 24. I’m expecting a narrow win. Fingers crossed I’m wrong

You know what I’ve noticed this year is we seem to dribble drive a lot more than we have the past few years. The kickout always work in our offense
