Pretty obvious what's going on here with Huggins, and yes, it is about the money. He resigns and gets nothing. He's fired (which is I guess what they have to do now) and they have to fire him "with cause" to avoid honoring his contract. You have to go to court to prove cause so the parties will settle. Huggy would obviously lose but he'll still get more money than he would if he resigned. Him and his attorney, that is. And his agent.

I watched from about 8 mins left in the first half to about 8 mins left in the game, then turned it off. They had an answer for everything Marquette tried, but thought Marquette could have played better D.

I can see UConn in the championship game again.

Marquette desperately misses Tyler Kolek but is expected to be back for the Big East tourney.

UConn operates at a different level though. It's unbelievable Hurley took a national champion and somehow improved the team.

Personal preferences about his abilities as a media member aside, this is a terrible hire. Absolutely no coaching experience and wants to continue to do his live show from 3-6 daily? I can't see this being successful.
