Lunardi has us up to an 8 seed in today's updated bracketology.

We need to at least split these last two games and make the ACC Finals to get that number down to the 5-6 range, IMO. Hate being an 8/9 seed and facing a #1 second game - not that 7/10 playing a #2 is that much better.

I agree, if we can make a run and win the whole darn thing and go through Duke in the process, I would hope for a 5 seed but I doubt that's realistic. Just not enough quality wins this year. Not really their fault with the ACC being down. the loss @ Wake looms large...

That is a nice mix of youth/talent and grizzled veteran. If Atkinson and Laz come back I get excited - if not I have no clue how we defend the paint or get rebounds.

Yes, lack of quality wins more than the losses IMO. An ACC championship still sounds good regardless of how down the league is. All they can do is finish strong and hope for the best.

I’m still pretty skeptical as to how good we are given we’re probably going to make the NCAA’s with only two wins vs tourney quality teams and twenty vs teams who aren’t.

But enjoying it and won’t be mad unless we go out in game one

that sums it up. And the 3 point shooting deserted us tonight. Laz hit 3-4 in the last few minutes of the first half and went invisible in the 2nd.
