She's a US Senator for crying out loud. It doesn't make it any less harmful. You want to bash Trump for all the BS he spouts and I'm fine with that. I've pointed out many a times what a moron he is when he opens his mouth, but that doesn't give her a free pass or make it any less important. Being a Senator is supposed to carry a certain amount of decorum and professionalism, just like the president is supposed to.

Some old house rep really isn't on the same level of DJT, I'm sorry if we disagree there. It really shouldn't be normalized that a president is calling for his political rivals to be hung or jailed. But, I guess since a house rep from California said it then it's ok.

I want to understand the left. Legacy or rogue, why do you align with the policies of the left. Which policies do you agree with and which maybe not so much.

That depends on your perception of the "Left". Everyone who voted for Biden? Current Democratic principles as defined by their party platform? Those who do not support the principles of Reaganism?

My perception of the anti-Left, Right or whatever term you want to use are those who support a vision of America prevalent in the 50s with the additional "principle" of American involvement in wars across the globe - the neocons.

Sen. Kelly Loeffler is 100% behind Trump and his policies, voting accordingly and that she is more conservative than Attila the Hun and her opponent Raphael Warnock has “a Marxist ideology.” Is that today's Right and everyone who supports him and the policies a Leftist/Marxist/socialist?

What is your perception of the Left-Right division? Is Loeffler an extremist on the Right, an aberation or the embodiment of a vision of someone who, with her husband, is worth $800 million ?

Shocked you turned a simple and honest question

"I want to understand the left. Legacy or rogue, why do you align with the policies of the left. Which policies do you agree with and which maybe not so much."

into what you think about right....

Sorry, I meant Representative, but the point is still valid. She shouldn’t be speaking that way. I’ve been pretty clear on here that I don’t condone the tripe that comes out of his mouth. Why would you think it’s okay for her to speak that way?

I did not say I condone it. The point in which we're jumping around is that the president holds more power with his words than a house rep, that's a simple fact.

This is like saying Mike Elston has the same impact on the team as Brian Kelly. While he too is important, nowhere near the impact that BK has.

Of course his words carry more weight. He's the president. I've pointed out on here too many times to remember that Trump needs to keep his mouth shut. Regardless, she is an elected Congressman working in DC in a national platform and not in some local municipality. No, you didn't say you condone it, but you didn't say she shouldn't be talking that way. Why is it so hard to say she shouldn't be talking that way?

Because it's vitally important to these people to pretend this is a Trump thing.

With courts across the battleground states ruling against alleged voter fraud cases because of lack of evidence, it's really hard to believe that 7 out of 10 Republicans feel the Presidential election was stolen.

I find it funny that he’s posted several times in the other political threads, but hasn’t come back here to respond on if he agrees or not that she shouldn’t be speaking that way.

It's similar to his hypocrisy about protesters. Tons of faux outrage about anything right, zero about all the "mostly peaceful" violence from the left. He even tried to paint actual peaceful protest by the right as folks trying "stir things up" when they were violently attacked by the left mob. I guess in his mind peaceful right protesters deserved to be attacked. Speaks loudly about his logical processes.

I did, I agreed it was unprofessional like you had said.

I have fairly limited sympathy for people protesting/marching in general other than something like the March for Life, doubt those folks are raising much Hell lol. I'm not naive enough to think the conservative guys are always well behaved angels by any means, but yeah I mean...im pretty sure the right-leaning folks generally get the shaft when it comes to exercising that particular freedom.

Unprofessional, sure. But you do understand the difference in the power behind his words vs hers right?

It's one thing to say it's unprofessional, but it's another to say she needs to keep her mouth shut when it comes to statements like that.

Never thought I'd see this, but my county board went from 11-10 Democrat to 15-6 Democrat and Dems now control every major county office for the first time ever (we now have an actual medical doctor as coroner who is also a Democrat). Incorporated in 1839.

This is reallly the stuff that matters, at your local and state level.

Tired old song - every R is a moron and every D is an amazing intellectual.

Diane Feinstein called. She thinks maybe you shouldn't put words in people's mouths.

I find her to be incredibly awful. She's a Democrat. I have no problem with Doug Jones, also a Democrat. Tommy Tuberville is a fucking dunce. He lost to Vanderbilt once. In football. He's a Republican.

This is all for now.

Nobody with that large of a sample size and a winning record over Alabama is a dunce lol

Got some juicy scoop on Tubs back when he was in Cincy (well, across the river in Indiana whenever he wasn't on campus).

Idk if 'dunce' is the word, but 'Coward' and 'Beta Male' would definitely apply.

Funny how he bailed after 2008 when Bama got good and piss pounded him 36-0.

He's a step up from Roy Moore, though.

I'm sure Sun Tzu has a saying that amounts to knowing when to disengage or something lol.

Either way, if Doug Jones voted with Alabama instead of his party he might not have gotten his ass kicked by a country bumping who coached at a school over half the state hates.

North Dakota had exclusively Dem congress folks for like 30 years because those guys understood that concept.

LOL. Beta Male made me chuckle.

Literally jumped ship the moment Saban got Alabama humming after going 5-7, his worst season since his first at Auburn.

Taker state. He belongs there.

I'm not the one carrying water for him in this thread. If anyone has the hard on, it's those dudes, not me.

Very few I'd ever carry water for, in fact, but if Tommy Tuberville is the hill anybody wants to die on go with God.

So he should fit in nicely in DC. I don’t know what’s more disgraceful these days....national politicians or national MSM.

Not read a word again but just want to share my disappointment.

What I don’t understand, if you’re going to cheat, why make it so obvious? It’s so blatant and they don’t care bc CNN will hide it.

All I’m saying, dem or repub, just give me an honest election please. And if you are going to cheat, at least do it better next time for Christ sake.

These guys need to do some serious time.

Conservative Operatives Jacob Wohl, Jack Burkman Indicted In Second State For Voter Suppression Scheme (Forbes)

A grand jury in Cleveland indicted the pair of right-wing political hoaxers Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman with felony charges connected to a multi-state robocall campaign that prosecutors say was meant to scare voters in urban areas with large minority populations out of voting by mail in the Nov. 3 presidential election.

Wohl and Burkman already face similar criminal charges in Michigan and a civil lawsuit in New York City connected to the same scheme. They are free on a $100,000 bond after pleading not guilty to charges in that state.

Wohl has been indicated on security fraudand other felonies and has a case pending in California. He has been banned from social media. Some of his fantastic attempts to smear people:

Whether the turnout IrishLax referenced for Detroit, Clerverland, etc targeting minority voting populations were partially due to their actions and that the margins of Biden's victory were somewhat suppressed is less of a concern than their blatant attempts to violate state's voter protection laws.

There's some serious money behind their actions and to pay for defense lawyers to evade justice. Some further background on Wohl and his schemes.
