As far as I can tell, only Botelho HI and Baker CO are still pending.

And expect Henderson to announce later on ESPN...

I love that by 9:21AM we have 17 of our 19 commitments signed. Pretty wild. In a day and age where cash is exchanging hands in the south like you’ve never seen before and kids are flipping and flopping all over the place it is referencing to see so little drama with ND. I imagine being 5:30AM that Botelho won’t be signed for a little while unless he’s up at the crack of dawn. Henderson they probably won’t spoil his reveal until 4:30PM after he announces his choice. I’ll be interested to see in BK’s presser if he says they’re done cause they won’t be at 85 if that’s the case come August. Even with all of the 5th years and draft dudes coming back except Jonathan Jones who’s in the portal, ND is at 90 scholarships if Henderson and Botelho sign. That’s only 5 departures for the whole offseason which is extremely low and hasn’t happened in years at ND. I imagine they’ll be in the market for a graduate transfer DB and maybe they’ll kick the tires on some interesting prospects for February signing period. We’ll see.

That's what his own tweet says (4:30 EST), but 247's ticker shows the countdown at 4 hours and 30ish min for him, or 3:30pm EST. They were wrong on a few last year too.
