When expectations are low, they overachieve & their HC gets a five year extension.

Relative to other divisions, that’s probably true. They’re 3-deep w/ Bama/LSU/Auburn. The rest doesn’t strike fear into anyone IMO.

Arkansas still in deep rebuild after Bert trashed the program.
Ole Miss will have a new HC next season.
Miss St is average at best.
I’d say the same about TAMU but they play the toughest schedule in the nation & you know they have talent so they can’t afford to lose to any inferior competition.

However you look at it, stack Bama, LSU, Auburn, and TAMU up to any conference, let alone half a conference. I hate the SEC, and I know they are overrated most years, but this year is different. The bottom of their division could give good games to the top half of most conferences.
