Seattle at 21 with four picks would trade back. Their pick per the NFL trade chart is worth 800.

Cleveland's 41 is 410, third rounder at 80 is 190, fourth rounder at 119 is 58, and all their three fifth rounders are worth 76. Total for those six picks is 734.

So, you are probably looking at picks 27-32 (Oakland to NE) worth from 680 to 590, if you want to trade your second, third and maybe a fourth, depending.

Kansas City's pick at 29 is equal to 640. That would cost Cleveland their second, third and their first fifth rounder (633.5)

Hey Lion, if we don’t get more traction by noon I propose you just take those of us participating and assign teams to each of us in the top 10 so we can start. Then we can assign the rest of the round if necessary.

I am also ready to make pick 1 whenever we get it started.

Rack Em - want to take the other two Raiders' picks?
Matman - want to take the Giants #17?

I have Denver (#10), Carolina (#16) and KC (#29). If we expand to four, I'll take Tampa (#5)!!!! If we go to five, somewhere around 22-23 makes good spacing.

ACamp, want to jump in?

Less write-ups?

Arizona:

Team Analysis:

A lot of buzz around the first pick of the draft for the Arizona Cardinals has them taking Kyler Murray at number 1. While the Cardinals invested significant draft capital last year to get Josh Rosen, he had a less than stellar rookie year. While he was widely considered the most NFL ready quarterback in the draft last year, he suffered behind poor offensive line play and a near complete lack of offensive weapons.

With rumors that the Raiders want to trade up to number one for Murray and head coach Kliff Kingsbury believing Rosen can run his air raid version of offense, the Cardinals do not have as dire a need at the QB position as most pundits are suggesting. Therefore, it is time to turn their attention to fixing the offensive line and skill positions to give their young QB more talent to work with for the upcoming season. Drafting Murray and switching out QB talent would do nothing to solve the pressing needs the Cardinals have with their other glaring offensive weaknesses.

Many well respected draftniks believe there is not a 1st round quality WR in this draft; and teams would definitely be reaching this early for one. The Cardinals also need a new young TE to pair with their young QB to give him a safety valve. While Iowa pass catchers Fant and Hockenson are considered a rare double threat duo from the same team, neither player is worth of the #1 overall pick. The TE position is not impactful enough to warrant a selection this early.

Other needs: The Cardinals need some interior pass rush help, help at RB, and some depth at LB and CB. Those needs, however, can be solved later in the draft as they are not as pressing as WR and OL for this team.

The Pick:

With the first selection in the 2019 NFL draft, the Arizona Cardinals select Jawaan Taylor, OT Florida.

Pick Analysis:

Taylor has what is widely considered the top overall skillset for a true LT in the NFL. He possesses excellent athleticism, size, and strength. He matured enough during the past season that teams are now confident his play will translate well into the NFL.

The Cardinal’s existing tackles are both free agents after this season. One has played sparingly due to injuries, and the other is already 31 and is showing some signs of injuries as well. The Cardinals desperately need a healthy young OT to come in and stabilize this ailing offensive line situation. No QB they draft or sign is going to live very long in this league without it.

Note: If we had the capacity to execute trades here, then I would have traded back and picked up extra picks for the Cardinals due to their numerous needs. The Raiders are rumored to have interest in Murray at number one, and the Cardinals wouldn’t have to trade back too far to pick up at least a second rounder, if not more, for the #1 pick. And they would still have the ability to get their franchise LT with several other solid OT picks available in the early first round. Perhaps they still could have gotten Taylor as well.
