Overall happy as a pig in shit
BW had an awesome first half. Great to see him play on Senior night. Class act.
OL was better at times. Need to keep improving.
Run D has issues
Dex is awesome
TE/WRs came up big on some jump balls. Simply awesome catches.
Why put PJ in only to hand the ball off a few times. Silly to burn a game for that. We still have 4 games ahead of us where he might actually be needed, and now he only has 2 left on the RS.

-BW did well enough, a typical BW game.
-RTDB (over 350 yards)
-Dex is a beast
-Mack had some highlight catches
-Came out fast and I wouldn't say we dropped the hammer but the game was never in doubt
-Defense only gave up 13 but wasn't clean
-Heal up Book, we need you back

Postives:
- Running game. Talk about domination. ND ran all over FSU's good run defense all game. Need more of that going forward.
- Wimbush. This is kind of both a negative and positive. Wimbush led the charge today. It wasn't pretty often at times, but he got the job done.
- Defense stiffened when it needed to a few times tonight. Great goal to go stands in this one.
- Williams. Have a day son.
- OL gets all the credit in the world. A remarkable effort today both in run and pass blocking.
Negatives:
- I was a bit disappointed we didn't get after Francois as much. Only 1 sack against a team that has consistently given up upwards of 5-7 sacks. Yeah, not good enough guys.
- Tackling was shaky at times, especially on those two TD drives.
- Officiating. Christ, can we catch a freaking break!? How do we end up with more penalties than literally the most penalized team in CFB. It wasn't just lazy play at times (there was that), but the block below the waist was garbage, the PI on Gilman was atrocious. Seriously, I'm getting absolutely sick and tired of officials screwing us over.

Oline pass pro from tackles needs a lot of work.
Dbacks need to get their heads around or Syracuse will make them pay.
I liked oline dominance in the run game...a lot.
I liked receivers catching very tough balls.

The run defense has not played well lately and it's becoming a fairly big concern for me. That third quarter from Wimbush was dreadful, too.
Otherwise, no complaints. Great performances from Dexter Williams, the OL, and Alize Mack. A servicable game from BW.

Believe It or not.... Alabama hasn't played anyone that much better than FSU and They haven't played a perfect game either.

First Senior Day game since 2012 that wasn’t a letdown.
I was worried about the run game. Kudos to the offense for dominating an impressive run D in FSU.
At least for FSU, the weather element seemed to be overblown. My hats off to FSU for not quitting.
I’m hoping it was scheme, but our run D (on first glance) was troubling.
Sounds like Book will be back in the saddle next Saturday so my biggest concern is that Love will pass concussion protocol and be cleared for Syracuse.
The improvement of the WR corps really played a role in BW’s pass game. He did just enough in the pass game & his WR stepped up, too. Proud of the young man. Numbers weren’t sexy but the score was so I’ll take that every game.
Props to Mack...beautiful catches. That’s what we’ve been hearing about in practices for the past three years.

1. Those two Wimbush picks in the 3rd quarter are exactly why the coaches went conservative in second half against Michigan after Wimbush threw a pick to start 3rd quarter. In first half, Wimbush did exactly what he needed to do... scoring drives on 5/6 drives and 3 TDs. Great job putting the game away early, but I wish he would’ve shown the same stuff in the second half.
2. Best game of the year for the OL. I was really impressed how they bullied a legit FSU defensive front. Nobody has run the ball on FSU like that.
3. I was very disappointed by our defensive front 7... and we’re very lucky FSU had so many drops. I thought that was one of the worst overall games from our defense from the 4th drive onward.
4. Alize Mack deserves an individual shout out. He gets my game ball. Awesome catches, great job blocking.
5. F*ck those refs. My god did FSU get some breaks. Some very bad missed calls that should’ve gone against FSU and made some borderline ones against ND. At least the replay official did his job well.
