FWIW, those are from two different conversations. Kmoose was talking about Mirko Jurkovic the OL from IMG academy in Florida. My response was to a question about John Reid and whether he was still in play or not.

Would be awkward. I hope we take Dexter's commitment and shut down RB recruiting.

If we get a Safety, Dexter, and ESB, this might quietly be BK's best recruiting class. Maybe even end as the #5 class? Probably not, but easily top 10 with that finish.

I watched Farrar's tape, and I think I'd rather have Gary Jennings at safety. Farrar brings the wood, but I think Jennings is more athletic. I think Farrar might be the better overall football player, but he almost looks like an OLB in a 4-3, and this class has plenty at LB.

McKinney was supposed to take an OV to UCLA. Maybe it's that.

However, the update mentions an "a photo on the instagram page of North Carolina wide..."

So, either:
A) A UNC WR recruit is on an OV with our commit someplace else
B) A UNC WR recruit is on his OV with our commit at UNC

Good call. Should have bet me :).

If he can't get into UNC, he can't get in anywhere. Good luck to him. If anyone's vitising elsewhere, best case scenario is it's Mckiney since he's likely not going to be Irish anyways.

Yeah, here's the key info:

Hedge has been contacted by Notre Dame assistant coach Scott Booker and is in the early stages of possibly being recruited. “Notre Dame has been in contact with me, and I’ve spoken to Coach Booker,” he said. “We haven’t spoken about a walk-on spot yet, but we spoke about meeting and going over some stuff. I am not sure if it would be a preferred walk-on position, we haven’t got that far yet.”

Irish247 is reporting that even if we miss on all 3 S's currently on the board we most likely won't be going after another, ND isnt going to take a player just to have a body. If their is a spot it likely goes to Jalen Julius (Dexter Williams teammate) and he's expressed wanting to play with Decter if that's the case.
