Being a Dayton Law student - Beating Ohio State was the best thing ever

Being a UDSL student from Buffalo - Beating Cuse is unbelievably great

Can't wait for Wichita State/Kentucky today and also to see McDermott.

I'm in the top 80,000 on Yahoo with my Billionaire bracket. I have Baylor and Tennessee in the Sweet Sixteen so I feel like if I go perfect today I could jump into the top 5,000 or so. *crosses fingers*

Thank god KU lost. Makes my New Mexico in the Elite 8 pick slightly not as crappy.

Good game, wrong team won. Now we get an epic clash between "Used Car Salesman Calipari" and "Ghost of Baby Patino." Yuck.....

I hate Kentucky and Calipari, but I'm glad Wichita State lost. Now as long as michigan loses, I'm happy with whatever happens in the tournament.

Dude I did the same thing. My reasoning was that Bairstow and Kirk would dominate KU down low without Embiid.

So with Az and Virginia finishing with wins, I'll be 34 wins on one bracket, 36 on the other with 14 more wins possible and all final 4 alive.

How's that rank with the IE room brackets? I think I'm winning money.

such great games since thursday.

my bracket is a disaster, but i sure loved this weekend. a hoops junkie's nirvana.

as long as pitino doesnt win the whole thing (again) i'll be happy.

ps had no idea wisonsin was so good. kinda pulling for them...and all the underdogs that are left.

I have a bracket on ESPN that's in the 99.2 percentile.

i may call you for some help next year GK!
im in a pretty big pool out here every year.
$100 per entry.
it has 164 entries this year.
pays for 1-2-3 and you get a final game box (the last two #s-similar to superbowl pools).
lot of fun, and nice payouts.
closest i came was in 3rd the year florida won it all (2005?).

That sounds like fun. I play in a couple other pools that are pretty fun and unique.

First one is a snake-style draft with 8 players. We multiply wins by games won. I had the first pick this year and have basically locked up first place. These were my teams :

Baylor--12 points
North Dakota St.--12
Cincinnati--0
Dayton--22
NM St. --0 (got close with this one)
Mercer--14
Coastal Carolina--0

So I have 60 points right now. Next closest has 41 and still has Stanford, Kentucky, and Arizona. So I should win.

This link describes the other pool. The Official Grantland March Madness Knockout Pool «

Really fun. I picked Duke on Friday for one of my two picks so I got knocked out. There are still 9 players (out of about 15) that are still alive which is kind of crazy.
