i could almost hear the collective sigh of relief from irish nation after the update on stanley... but with this teams injury luck throughout the years, it would not suprise me on THE FIRST FREAKIN DAY !!

Carr for QB 2026!
O'Malley just posted at Scout that Cage puked on the field to conclude practice today.

Nothing like a good workout that causes a little puke. I remember hearing trainers calling David Grimes "Grimey," they used to have to keep a trash can handy just for him.

O'Malley coming out with a big update later: couple comments were McGlinchey was back up LT and Nelson was backup RT. Bivin worked at C only today.

nice catch.. I don't like that one bit..

I don't mind because we don't know the play. If it is a slant or quick screen Kelly has stated that he just wants the ball out fast. He does not want them to find the laces. If it is a tougher throw then yes find the laces.

Really encouraged by what Mike Frank had to say about Ishaq today. Said it was the most effort he has ever seen from him - he was dialed in the whole time and McGlinchey twice and Elmer once in the 11 on 11s.

It would be soooo huge if he took a step forward this year.

The other guys that stood out on D to Mike were Sheldon Day, Jaylon Smith (obviously), Jarron Jones, John Turner (seems to have a great grasp at his position), Jhonny Williams (who compares favorably to Okwara already and plays hard), Cole Luke and Daniel Cage (plays hard with a lot of 'want to').

He also noted that Coach D had the offensive report, but that Chris Brown has the look of a kid who wants to be a star. Was the best WR today, and that Luatus is HUGE (it really surprised him how think his lower body is). Even stated "Nobody will be able to handle his size and strength once he gets coached up. He was used as an in-line blocker a number of times and pushed Rochelle around".

is this comparison about physical size? Can't believe the size of this frosh class.
