Freshman Cole Luke played the nickel position with the first defense. Austin Collinsworth came on to join them in the dime look. In dime, Ishaq Williams played as a middle linebacker. He was a rush end along with Shembo in nickel.

Notre Dame frequently blitzed Austin Collinsworth in the nickel and dime looks with Jarrett Grace dropping into coverage behind him. Grace played with the second-team in most other situations behind Calabrese and Fox.

Well I guess it depends on how Deeb, Randolph, or Moore. Develop. I think I'd rather have Jaylon-Grace-Councell-Ishaq with limited depth at DOG then have a RS freshman starting at MLB.
