Rees can move better than we make it seem sometimes. Hes obviously not real fast but as you can see in that video he can pick up a few yards here or there i think. He just needs to have the confidence in his legs to move out of the pocket and scramble for those extra 4 or 5 yards, hopefully he does it this year

I am excited that it looks like Rees will be more mobile this year. I just hope he knows when to get to the ground so he doesn't get injured. That is the last thing we need this year.

it is a little late in Jack's career to be working on new sign off during summer camp.

That last pocket dance and "zip" run by Tommy was almost shocking.

I wonder if Rees is going to be given the green light to run, and will be expected to pick up running yardage if the situation dictates it? It seemed to me that in his first two years he was told not to run. Personally, I hope he is given the green light and runs the ball. I'm not talking about the option, I'm talking about running from inside the pocket.

I agree that Tommy looked a bit mobile (which is an improvement) in that clip where he rushed. But in that cone drill, I thought his footwork was slow. Maybe he was just going through the motions, but if that's the case then IDK why they'd show it on the 'highlights'.

Ha. They looked like Rocky in the beginning of Rocky III, before Apollo Creed teaches him how to shuffle.

Tonight sets the record for most Rocky references ever. I've seen 3 separate ones so far, lol.

I hereby declare August 8th as Rocky night for IE.

I'm pretty sure the police escorted the team buses back to campus this afternoon. Is that common practice?

It was ridiculously dramatic watching several tour buses rush through a red light near the corner of Armando's and the Linebacker with sirens and lights leading the way.

Nice to know Tommy and the SBPD are back on good terms....

My favorite part of those videos: the Coach Kelly non-inspirational speeches.

Perhaps after all of these years of coaching he realizes that you have to save those for big moments?

I often watch the ICON vids and listen to the speeches. It pumps me up.

IMO if he can we should move Ben Councell to MLB. He would start there next year.
