Added another BC analyst CB last night.
I wonder if they interviewed him and got the feeling he may pop soon?
I assume Irish are still in command?
If you thought Shayne Simon kept a low profile during the recruiting process, meet his younger brother. Cody Simon does his talking on the field and it’s led to scholarship offers from schools like Notre Dame, Penn State, Stanford, Boston College, Pitt, Maryland and Rutgers among others. Penn State seems like it’s making a big push and we wouldn’t count out Stanford either. Michigan was one school Shayne took a long look at and his mother went there, so it’ll be interesting to see if Cody has a similar interest. But if Shayne enjoys the early portion of his career in South Bend, that could be as big a factor as anything.
Pretty safe to assume this is going to be a small LB class. Depending on Asa's decision, I could see taking Simon and shutting it down unless a real 5 star type LB wanted in.
Yep. Good year to have to sit out. Overall weak class as it relates to ND kinda guys. They didn't like Kaden Johnson enough to offer at Buck/Drop. The one guy I'd like to see them get on is Nikhai Hill-Green. I moved him to the top of my board and he's just a 3* for now.

We might be a bigger part of Sav'ell Smalls recruitment than we originally thought... He was visited by the staff today, and that hardcore husky board (which is just a terrible site tbh, and should not be considered very credible) has a rumor that a family member said that Smalls is mostly looking at Alabama and ND.
I think Smalls would be considered a Drop target.
Also, Mullings confirmed with BGI that the early target is 1 LB for the 2020 class.
Anyone hear anything about him lately? I feel like at this point if he is not committing the staff is low playing due to open spots. If, and that is a big if, they can take 2 LB's this cycle he should be one of them.

I wouldn't be too surprised by a lack of info on the Simon recruitment, Shayne's was very quiet as well. So much so that in the weeks and days leading up to his announcement, because their was so little information, posters on here were blasting the staff in his recruitment saying they were failures because he hadn't committed yet which meant he was trending away. That sentiment was far from the truth.
This is one where you'll just have to be patient.
This
He remains a priority recruit for the staff and is getting the attention, we're just not hearing about it weekly.
When is the opening in NJ?
