Phil, Pyne and Buchner were not low hanging fruit.
Phil was being recruited hard by Urban Neyer & OSU and was the national player of the year.
Pyne was a top 50 player nationally when he committed.
Buchner was considered a strong USC lean & a top 50 player nationally when he committed.
Wimbush, Zaire & Golson weren’t low hanging fruit either.

Teams backed off Pyne, and I think some did with Buchner too after the injury. The series of Pyne, Angeli, Clark, Buchner aren't anywhere close to Hartman, Minchey, and Carr once BK left.

ASU is a really, really bad time. The defense is okay, but the offense is a train wreck. I watched them last week and it was painful.

My opinion: Drew's performance at his new school demonstrates what a superior OC Tommy was. Tommy took what we're seeing and STILL won almost every game. GOD bless Drew Pyne, but he should be "GOD blessing" Tommy Rees.

Pyne had a good offensive line- ASU's is HORRIBLE- Pyne had Meyer and some good WR's. -ASU's are BADDDDDDDD.

Rees is showing his pedigree in Alabama right now.

The majority of ASU’s O-line is out, so this will be a bloodbath of Little Bighorn proportions. Hope he has life insurance.

Yeah, saw that too. 4 starting OLmen out w/ the 5th being questionable per College Football Live today. I’m sure that OL wasn’t that good when healthy
