I think ND can win this race if they choose to. I just think in that top 8, OSU is the only team who can scare ND, but idk if he's a take there with the level of WR recruiting they have there right now. I think Tennessee would be tough to beat if they were all over him, but they didn't make his top 8, and Penn State we have beaten on a pretty consistent basis for recruits. Hopefully ND pushes hard for this kid cause he's a solid 5'10'' potential inside guy with some decent track-level speed (10.95 100m).
