His coach did an interview, forget which site. And essentially his parents sent a short list of schools that they’d like to be involved in conversations with regarding recruiting. A lot of it revolves around the success of their business programs. Obviously ND made the list. Not sure who else did.

Pretty good article giving some insight into how he came to the US and how he got involved in football.

Played on the Scotland National U-18 basketball team as a 15 year old
Came to the US to play Basketball
Became good friends with Oweh bonding over their shared Nigerian roots.
He saw what Oweh was doing on the football field and figured he would give it a try.

According to Power Hour yesterday (give it a listen), his parents are accompanying him on a tour of all the places he's looking into this summer, and then he'll be back in Scotland. They're going from the East Coast all the way over the Cal on the West Coast.

According to 247 he has 35 offers. He just finished his junior year. Cutting out 20 schools at this point and coming up with a Top 15 to give those schools more attention and a visit isn't a crazy thing. I'm sure he will cut it down again and again to get to his Top 5 or whatever.

Yea I agree with this. Before blowing up the kid had really only been to Rutgers a bunch of times and nowhere else. Then he went to Penn State this spring. So I think this visit tour with his parents is crucial in figuring out where he really wants to go. So far he has a visit schedule of...

If that’s the competition for (what I assume is) a high-academics kid where hometown/distance probably isnt a big factor, I like our chances.

No his parents have been around. I don’t know specifically which visits they were on with him but they’ve definitely been on a few before ND. Maybe even all of them with him, but I’m not sure. I think I like ND’s chances though.
