I confused Lutheran North with Lutheran South for a moment and wrote off the kid. Dang Lutherans should be more creative with their names. Maybe start with St Pius X or Mary Queen of Heaven and Earth ;)

Yeah, you'd think they would be uber creative with their names. In the beginning they were like the little German tech start up that took on IBM Rome and didn't get squashed. They used to know the power of marketing and brand allegiance. But naming has not been a historic strength. Their flagship university in America is named after a small Spanish village in La Mancha which is the Hispanic version of the Arabic word for dry area... which is maybe why there is no booze on Valpo's campus to this day.

Lutheran North is THE Valpo feeder school, right down to the Crusader mascot and Missouri Synod affiliation. I'll make a call and try to have this wrapped up by breakfast..

kills me because this no more less impressive than Waggoner's yet this guy has an offer? Shorter, slower, less explosive. What am I missing?

He's just a better pass rusher at this time.

Greg Maddux is the best pitcher of my lifetime. Didn't have the other HOFers measurables but he was still better.

Still, wouldn't surprise me if Johnny Waggs or Malik Vann for that matter get to college and the D line coach flips their switch.
