How legit is Ed Warinner to Titans? I poked around and it kind of seems he's just someone they'd be interested in.

Would love to have UM scrammble to fill the spot again as NSD approaches so they wiff on NPF and Patterson.

Warinner wasn't going to UM to be the OL Caoch, he was going to be an analyst. Drevno's still the OC/OL Coach.

Is this the same HS as Redfield?

Yep.

Speaking of Redfield, II's podcast mentioned that Patterson's family talked to Max, who had positive things to say about ND. I tried to stifle my laughter

While, I have no idea this is true, it could be as simple as, Max's parents liked/respected Notre Dame. (or an acknowledgment that they know the school is great, and their son is dumb)

Yep.

Somehow I doubt that. Why would he leave Minnesota for Michigan if it's not for a coaching position?

Just passing on what was written. I haven't seen anything about Drevno leaving this year. He was only making $375k at Minnesota.

Some possible things to consider:

Michigan could match that.

Maybe Harbaugh told him Drevno would be taking another job next year and OL would be his?

Maybe he couldn't take the 24hr infomercial that is the Rower of Boats?

Maybe he wanted to be an hour from his son?

Who knows?

Nevermind, just went in the backend and did the math.

It's Michigan.

That does stink, because his film is impressive. He's a little under-sized, but he can really move.

EDIT:

The logic is:

1) We should assume that he is going to UM Huffman because Huffman just flipped his CB from UCLA; and
2) Huffman is 100% in his predictions.

But we know that Huffman's picks are NOT 100% reliable, because he just flipped one.
The 100% means he has ended on the right pick every time.

So what he know is that one exert thinks he's going to UM, until that expert changes his mind.

It’s actually been changed to cloudy, Not to a Michigan CB.

Thanks.

Yep, now showing a 7% Foggy

247's data base has some interesting formulas built into it. Love how a prospect can have 10 predictions (9 CB's to School A and 1 to School B) and read 92% to School A and 8% to School B.

Makes me wonder whether or not Patterson has actually watched Michigan's OL's the last 3 years. They've been laughable.

https://irishsportsdaily.com/s/5364/jarrett-patterson-and-jeff-quinn-quickly-building-a-relationship

Notre Dame named an offensive line coach last week, and Jeff Quinn has hit the ground running.

2018 Mission Viejo (Calif.) offensive lineman Jarrett Patterson* is an essential piece to the puzzle for the Irish and Quinn has quickly earned the respect of the four-star prospect.

“He’s told me about his past coaching experiences,” Patterson told Irish Sports Daily. “He told me how he and coach (Brian) Kelly did it at Cincinnati and about their relationship through the years.

“He’s also told me about how he came to get the job interview and how the guys are excited to have him in the room.”

Quinn has also come off as a ‘Notre Dame guy’ to the 6-foot-5, 285-pounder.

“He’s very passionate about Notre Dame,” stated Patterson. “He likes coach Kelly, and he’s really excited to coach a great group of guys.”

While the two have only had a relationship for days, Patterson is already high on Quinn.

“I can definitely see myself playing for him,” explained Patterson. “I can tell he doesn’t have any plans to leave Notre Dame, so I think job security is really good for him.”

Notre Dame is in a battle with Michigan and UCLA for the California native, and Patterson made a quick trip over to see the Bruins this weekend.

“I went early in the morning to meet the new strength and conditioning staff,” Patterson said of the short trip. “I got to see the team workout and see what they’re doing. It was a short visit.”

Patterson knows his three finalists offer what he’s looking for, but the similar opportunities are making it a tough decision.

“I’m looking for an overall place I could see myself living and playing at for five years,” said Patterson. “I want a place that will care for me after football and set me up for my future.”

“It’s a pretty tough choice. I’m going to have to figure it out with my parents. All three are great schools, but I have to find which one is the best and which one has the most opportunities for me.”

Kelly, Quinn and Brian Polian will conduct an in-home visit on Friday with Patterson.

If it comes down to one, is it NPF or Patterson? If it was up for to me, I would take both
