Jevon Holland was born and raised in Vancouver and I know and coached with a guy that trained him all summer - Geroy Simon - all-time touchdown leader of the CFL - played for the Chiefs as well.
Great kid.

Watched this kids film including the 7-on-7 film he posted to his hudl. And I'll just say I like him a lot. Quick twitch type guy who could play either safety or wide receiver and his biggest downside is his size and maybe his top end speed.

I had the opportunity to watch this kid play over the weekend in sub-optimal weather conditions (70 mph wind gust), but he is probably my favorite of the weekend at the 7-on-7 tourney. Played both offense and defense. He looked very fast, but I think it is more instinct and reaction than straight speed. I hope ND is still a top player for him.

4-star ATH Jevon Holland Has a Few Standing Out - Football Recruiting - Scout

Washington, California, Oregon, UCLA and Notre Dame are standing out to Holland.
"Those are kind of my top five, but I haven't really narrowed it down yet, but yeah, those are the schools I'm really liking," said Holland. "There are still some other schools catching my interest though."

That leaves Notre Dame as the only school from amongst his top schools he's yet to visit.
"I'm trying to get out to Notre Dame either in the spring or in the summer, but they're definitely in the top of my list and I want to get out there," said Holland.
