"They are very big education and football wise," Whittaker said. "What I really like is the history of the school, as well as the many great players that have came out of that school. It's huge and been my dream school since Justin Tuck went there."

With a coveted offer from his dream school now on the table, has a front-runner emerged in Whittaker's recruitment?
"I wouldn't consider ND to be my top school just yet, but they're definitely something to consider," Whittaker said.

I think ND wants to evaluate him in person. No disrespect to the kid but with Echols, Kaindoh and other guys who are still on the board they have to completely slam the door on us first IMO. We also know more names will pop up during the season who might become legit options. I just hope we don't take a body to fill the spot

I can't imagine we would but you never know. If we take 3 more WR's and an OL and another DB maybe we would end up turning down a guy like Foster or Philips but I don't see that happening
