This sucks big time for the team. But Banks busted his ass and earned this opportunity. I’ll be disappointed if he goes in the 3rd or 4th round. That’s a waste for him. He was another great player for this ND football team we all love. Good luck to you Aaron. I hope you are very successful at the next level.

Good for him. I’ve enjoyed watching him play. Another ND offensive lineman who is going to do good things in the league and continue a tradition of turning out solid professional linemen. Next man in.

His arm length and cone time standout versus others. Not a combine guy so I’ll defer on what is good or what balances.

BTW NBC's coverage was absolute garbage and a waste of time.

I though the guys doing the show (Jace Collinsworth, Corey Robinson, and Chris Simms did a nice job trying to fill the air with insights, But the show was pretty bad. Its a terrible idea to try to show a pro day in a one and a half hour live broadcast. They should have taped the whole thing and edited it down to an hour of actual testing. Give the analysts something to analyze.

Oh the commentary was fine. But like you mentioned the content they were showing and discussing was just not good. NBC should have just followed the format the NFL Network uses for the combine.

the 9ers moved Aaron to Right Guard last year, and it just wasn't a fit. With Tomlinson leaving, they moved him back to Left Guard, and while some were upset with some things over the summer camp season, I knew there was going to be some good coming once he got consistent play.

That’s great to hear because they were very down on him initially. “Bust” was being thrown around. Glad they gave him a chance!

I think he was a little out of shape at ND and came in much more out of shape. Looks like he got that fixed.

Being in elite shape for any size is so critical. Example, I honestly think Estime was a bit out of shape this season, he took himself out too much due to being gassed.

As I mentioned above, they moved him to right guard his rookie year, and it just wasn't working. Once he moved back to left guard, he's been playing at a very high level.

Sorry to call into play finances, but how did Brock purdy afford 10 Toyotas? His salary is less than 1 million a year. He must have some endorsement deals.
I'd say endorsements, and he knows he's about to get paid too.

Pretty sure his first two years in the league he crashed at a teammates place if I remember correctly.
