I don't have a link and can't remember were It was that I read. He was a disciplined Yoga, karate,....I can't remember off the top of my head. I do remember that It was very impactful, and everytime I see anything from superman I know he didn't just get It from just a good gene pool..

I was at the game yesterday. Colts ran a sweep to the right with Q pulling. The TE's did a great job of sealing everyone off so it was just Q one on one with the DB. The Falcons DB literally went to the ground so as not to get pulverized. lol

I was there too. Told my girlfriend that if the Colts wanted to erase the clock at the end of the game that they just need to run behind Q. They ran like three straight plays behind him.
