I know, I was just throwing it out there so everyone doesn't go into shock if his visit officially gets cancelled in a few days.

Keith will be getting a visit from Coach Weis and Coach Lewis tomorrow and he definatly still plans on visiting this weekend. He also mentined that he will visit with and open mind and really check things out, but that ND also has some ground to make up with them jumping in so late in the process.

I'm guessing Buckeye at this point but a visit can always change things, so who knows untill this time next week?

the jumping in late is definitely a hurdle. if ND has any edge it's that the visit to campus is usually a very convincing recruiting tool. that and being near last to visit with him. let's hope he decides to join ND's great class of recruits.

this makes me think ND has even less of a chance. If he was to choose ND i dont think he would decide the day after his visit if NDs only been recruiting him for 2 weeks. Hope im wrong though

well signing day is next wednesday, so an extra day or 2 wouldnt really make a difference.

besides ND recruited him before, it was keith's decision not to visit b/c he wanted an offer. ND laid down the ground rules, and said if you visit, we'll see about an offer. Now he changed his mind, so that's gotta mean something.

I get where you coming from but if Notre Dame is the school for him he will know right away regardless, IMO.

He is from Georgia... I assume he has seen Tenuta's defense... This hire should help ND with Wells. right?

Might help a little but probably not a huge influence as he eliminated Georgia Tech in early September before any of the coaching uncertainty and despite GT being off to a good start.

Understanding that as a high school kid, he could change his mind. But apparently the in home visit went well with ND and Wells confirmed he is scheduled to leave for his visit tomorrow morning.

Do we have any other confirmation that Wells is on campus this weekend other than a text from someone on "another site". That doesn't sound like confirmation to me. Unless I hear something from GG on this... I just can't relax and be sure. GG where are you on this?
