Something that is pretty telling about what Vegas thinks of Miami - despite being easily the biggest lock to get in the playoff, they are only +600 to +700 to win the whole thing. Generally 4th in odds to win it all.

ND meanwhile is +460 to +500 with significantly lower odds to get in at all.

Whether it’s bc of the defensive back end or the pass blocking, Vegas does not believe is the #1 team in the country. Shit they have OSU without a QB and a loss as more likely to win the title.
Too bad the CFP doesn’t care what Vegas thinks. If they did, ND would have been a top 4 seed last year.

Miami against Pitt and Clemson who play more man ran 10 screens in both games. They popped tunnel screens for TDs in both games. Against FSU who runs more zone they only called 6, in a 2OT game at that.

If they decide to play heavy man, the tackling effort of BYU game cannot show up or they will get shredded at some point.

If they play heavy zone, it’ll be short passes like last year and the DL has to win the day.

Toney may already have broken this record with a stellar day against NC, but our D can't let him have this kind of day or else we're likely not winning the game...

Miami can't play in that kind of weather! They should save us the time and save on transportation costs and carbon emissions and stay in FL and take a forfeit L.

They can use the weekend to keep guys healthy and work on rehabbing the ones that already are. After all, losing to us doesn't affect their opportunity to earn the ACC auto bid.

I don't want to be a doomer but playing this team without Mckinney and Tae really makes me feel uncomfortable. I love Jayden Sanders' game, same with Talich, but they don't seem like the type of DBs who's strength matches with Miami's which is speed and separation.

If we win this game I'm going to be pissed off for how pissed off I was for 3 weeks. You just can't win loving the Irish.

It’s ND -3.5, O/U 54.5. Miami +3.5 is -115 so slightly juiced closer to 4.

Dropped from 6.5 to 3.5 on FD. No one else has posted

NDs power rating isn’t really dropping a ton as much as Miami has inched closer to us. Early season Miami wasn’t really close to the top group and now they are

I don’t think that 6.5 has been updated, but I still think it will be ~4 without McKinney or Tae.

I don’t think you needed a manual adjustment for those two. Our pass game efficiency numbers not being elite already reflect a underwhelming secondary compared to preseason priors that had us at 7 pt favorites
