Mainly bummed CJ didn't have a passing TD tonight. Otherwise, win and move on

I will take the good running at the end though. That was encouraging.

We have a great defense. I don't know how many sacks we nearly got I didnt keep count. I think KVA is as fun to watch as anyone we have had other than JOK.

I would’ve loved to have watched Jaylon play in this defense and be used the way KVA is used.

You're basing that on the spread, which is based on getting bettors to bet, not the actual outcome of a game. Expecting 4 and 5 touchdown wins against P4 teams is just silly. Miami just beat Wake Forest by less than ND beat MSU. SO they shouldbe worried about ND then, right? They are going to step it up to beat the likes of ND.

I know it doesn’t register w/ the box score scanners but I loved how former QB Todd Blackledge appreciated CJ’s ability to see the entire field & check out of a pass play to a run b/c that’s what the D gave him. Little shit like that is what will pay dividends for CJ in tight games.

All I could think about was how Prister said the Sparty QB was a statue yet how many sacks did he slip out of? No shade towards Prister b/c he was basing that on film review but you must factor in the ND effect b/c EVERY team gives the Irish their best shot.

I thought that was Leonard Moore trying to run for the first down on that fake punt - but someone by the name of Brayden Robinson it may have been according to the box score.

LOL you'll see fanbases start making coordinated efforts to shrink lines by betting on the underdog so they can more easily cover.

No way they give a shit about covering the spread - especially when most agreed today's was overinflated. They care about controlling games, which we did tonight.
