Did you not see the Orange Bowl speech? That was his PG version of his halftime speeches.

I can say with absolute certainty he is a lot more colorful with his language when the media team isn't trying to record it.

Game sounds “cleaner” - no extra noise, outside of announcers. Crowd /war chant / band.

Maybe I’m just imagining it.

Secondary busts gonna be aplenty without comms. Really picks up heavy portal defenses in learning a defense.

Why would you not be prepared for loss of comms, though?

That shit happens in the NFL kind of often, and they’ve been doing comms for forever

Idk. Do we have a “comms are down” period of fall practice?

You still already have cards/hand signals. So the play calling doesn’t really change. You just lose the coach in the ear help. Which is far more important in CFB than NFL.

FSU despite their falloff still has a top 3 ACC roster and some guys like Kromah hanging around with real NFL talent. They are 16th in team talent when transfers are factored in. Thats why the spread was so tight.

Hilarious with their limited NIL budget they went out and got Wisner from Texas to backup the Top 100 RB they already have (and pay). Good allocation of resources.
