Yeah, I hate OSU, but I feel like that clip just makes him look like kind of a boring college bro. If I had the obligations of a D1 QB trying to make the league, I probably wouldn't have the most impressive array of hobbies, either.

I doubt CJ Carr is making arthouse movies on the side.

Sayin attended Carlsbad High School. Very affluent area known as the "golf equipment capitol of the world". Carlsbad has more golf courses than any other county in the USofA

None of this means Sayin is either dumb of brilliant. I'm just backing up the point that his HS is extremely well funded and highly regarded academically.

I was expecting some next level neanderthal talk, and frankly Sayin just came across as a typical awkward college kid who had to do a cringy facetime recording to introduce himself.

I mean yeah, dude appears to have the personality of a potato, but I'll be real, if people were to gauge my personality based on how I present on Zoom/facetime recordings for school, I'd be absolutely sunk. You know how they say television adds 10 pounds? Well, I'm convinced that Zoom and facetime knocks 10 points off your personality.

It just felt like he was trying to be super low-key not wanting to come across as a cocky football player.

"I play sports". LOL I'm sure the rest of the class was, yeah we know, you're our f**king QB.

I guess we have unrealistic expectations of QB charisma, because CJ Carr is strapped up with a perpetual charisma machine.

I think it's the my name is Julian and I prefer to go by Julian remake that's kind of a "huh" but yeah this is a nothing burger
