My sister sent me this pic tonight and we had a good laugh. We actually know the husband & wife in this FB post (I've removed both their names for obvious reasons). Not at all what we expected from them. They're both professionals and are rather "churchy." Not what we expected from them, but it's funny.

There was a problem once where houses/apartment blocks were being sold out from under people with a legitimate rental contract and they were getting kicked out with no notice.
A politician noticed this problem and made a law to protect them.
Law was vague on what constituted a legal tenant

I'm all for protecting the little guy, but definitely don't condone legitimate owners getting screwed over by people exploiting loopholes. My heart goes out, I get that some people need a roof, but if they're doing property damage or refuse to leave when they're caught then I have no sympathy.

I once had a problem with my neighbor's pair of brother/sister beagles. They were always barking /yapping when my newborn was napping.
Had a acquaintance who was a dog trainer, so trusted his opinion. He said that said dogs needed exercise and mental stimulation and being kept in a backyard wasn't enough for either of them.

He gave me an invaluable insight that applies almost everywhere, but especially here.

- The careless politician who wrote occupant/tenant in the original law which was transposed everywhere else (forgivable)
- The first lawyer defending a client who exploited that inarticulate wording (ehhh, forgivable. Lawyers are paid to serve their client not society)
- The first judge who accepted the argument that someone walking in and calling themselves a occupant/tenant was a legal occupant/tenant although they lacked the formalized contract between service provider and consumer (unforgivable) and that first jackass is also unforgivable

I know this is a picture thread and could not remember if there was a funny video thread, but I wanted to share this as Scotland has taken over Boston. Apparently the word "JOBI" or some variation of the spelling means, "Shit" in Scotland. I present Shit Liquors to you all.
