Mendoza would be undrafted if he was on a mid team that didnt play playoffs right?

I do not see a single reason to watch this year's draft aside from where Love lands... nearly zero interest to watch aside from that.

I would not draft Mendoza 1 or 2. Take Reese, an OT or trade down.

Assumption is Love will go to the Saints at 8, but if he's still there at 9, the Chiefs will do the deed for sure.

I only watched two Browns games all year and nothing else,… tuned into the end of overtime and saw two consecutive bs pi calls to end a playoff game and remembered why I largely don’t watch the nfl anymore

Man, it’s tough to not feel bad for Josh Allen. He’s leaving it all out there, and his team just isn’t helping.
He turned the ball over four times today, and that late first half fumble was him being completely careless with the football. Those three points were huge. Allen had a large hand in the loss today.

Falcons hire Stefanski. I wonder if Rees will go with him or possible get the Browns job?

Cna you imagine if ND was in that 4th and 1 in the first 49ers series and the reaction if Denbrock made that play call? Yikes.

Honestly football is getting hard to watch with the PI calls/non calls.

Add the fact he was face guarding and never turned around to find the ball: DPI. What are we even doing here?

If the receiver dropped the ball at the same point it was ripped out, they would have said he did not complete the catch. If that's the case, it’s still “live” and the defender can rip it out for an interception. The first pass interference call was a joke.

Possession, knee down, and contact with the defender. By definition, Cooks could not have advanced the ball any further because he is down by contact. But the defender can intercept it? Lol

NFL officials still don’t know what a catch is.

I stopped watching the NFL years ago. I still causally follow my NYJ and watch game replays, but the product sucks.

Not saying he didn’t.

But he was trying to make shit happen when his trash ass teammates were doing literally nothing.

This is all very similar to the early Peyton Manning years in Indy. Yeah, he had a lot of turnovers, because nobody else was helping and he was trying to make things happen.

So, anyway, as I said, it’s hard not to feel bad for Allen, He’s a gamer.

If the ball came out, he wouldn’t have completed the catch and nobody would be complaining. Disagree with the NFL but that’s been the interpretation of the rule for years.

I didn't see DPI at all on that play. I argued this was an incredibly difficult call for the officials. The ball never touches the ground so they can't escape with a "no one caught it". It appeared the WR started the play by controlling the ball, between the time he pulled the ball out of the air and the time he'd be ruled down, it appeared he still had his hands on the ball but that "possession" began to shift to the DB.

As they move through the roll (but after the WR would've been ruled down if he'd possessed the ball longer), it's obvious the DB has taken possession. It was such a fluid play that the refs could've called it either way. If the WR would've maintained possession, by keeping the ball in his midsection until they completed 3/4 of the roll and then the DB pulled it out, it would've 100% been ruled dual possession/catch.

I still argued that if it was my team, I'd be livid because it looked like dual possession until after the roll/down on contact and should thus be ruled an offensive catch. This was as tight of a call as there could be and it's hard to fault the refs. Hated the PI calls before and after that play.

He’s face guarding and never looks back for the ball. I’ve seen it called many times.
