First of all, I didn't realize you live in Atlanta. Have you always lived here in GA? I like it ok, but I want to get closer to the ocean than middle GA. I am 32 now and I have 8 classes left to get my degree. Sometimes I wish I would have gone that route instead, but I never regret my time in the military. I would have done it one way or another. I'm glad to have learned more about you brother! I really love this fanbase, it's full of great people like you!

Haha, I think that's about how it'll go. I have a few friends that think it'll be no problem, I'm just cautious. But one has bought and flipped about 15 homes and is semi-retired at 30 years old, so I know he knows what he's doing. Only reason I'm so cautious is because of the fact it will have renters.
