The two that I know of that reported an offer are STL and a poster on 247 that Wiltfong corrected. I would assume they found it somewhere on twitter.

edit: after looking around it looks like Scout reported it. At least that's what mgoblog cited. Not sure if they jumped the gun or what.

...see a kid with unusual composure/pocket presence, pretty good arm for his age, and killer receivers for HS. What I don't see is explosive speed or great mechanics.

Kelly must know something...like who the kid's coach is, and what the finished product should look like? Seems early to be offering if he did...
