I mean... they'd been the heavy favorite for awhile... the way recruiting is speeding up is insane; if you don't offer the kid before or immediately after their junior season then you are playing with fire.

At least it's better than lacrosse where kids can get openly recruited/commit as sophomores and at least 50% of blue chip players make a decision on where they want to go to college as 15 year olds. It's insanity.

agreed

pry not much more coming out right now because of hawaii and time zones but I follow that Biggins guy and he's pretty good with his research. Time will tell with multiple services confirming it...or denying it.

See this is exactly what I am talking about. Honestly, not to be a **** but did you even look at the content of those two links? Both are simply message boards like this that simply have an anonymous poster simply posting that Isaac committed. No links to actual confirmation, just a post, which is now I guess trying to be used as proof on another site that he committed (probably leading to another site using our thread as 'proof'). Besides the Scout thread there is nothing out there, so let's just be patient.

Yea, I've been thinking that for a while some sort of rule should be implemented to limit how early a school an offer someone a scholarship. I mean USC gave one to a 7th grader. In 20 years, there will be schools offering newborns of coaches and athletes.

Anyways, I hope this isn't that hard of a commitment and we can work some magic on the kid.

i should have clarified...yes i read them...but just confirming that there isn't much out there but only message boards...you mentioned irish envy being the 1st one when searched but just pointing these 2 in addition are NOT big time news outlets ie scout,rivals,espn,24/7
