No worries man. Thanks for putting these up everyday.

I don't feel good here at all.

No problem. Thanks for putting up with me doing so.

I wasnt feeling good about this game either. We beat them in OT at our place this year. But I dont like that vegas is giving them 3.5. We might lose but 3.5?

We actually beat them at Louisville when they were ranked #10.

After last night, the under looks really, really good.

Really? I was thinking a close loss.

Well, last night I thought we'd lose close to USF due to cold shooting in MSG per usual... and I was wrong, we pulled out a W. So I'm definitely in the pessimistic column. I just think Grant/Atkins have played like total crap when teams come out and pressure them... and a lot of it is because these refs recently have refused to blow their whistle on reaches/hand checks/pushes. Also, Connaughton seems to have lost all of his confidence... he passes up a lot of shots now, doesn't attack the basket at all, and misses most of the shots he does take.

Tonight, I see a couple crucial turnovers + foul trouble spelling doom. Maybe we don't lose by 10+... but I have a hard time seeing a W barring a really poor shooting night from Louisville (happens to them a lot). We just don't shoot the 3 well enough in MSG. Realllllllly hope I'm wrong as we can totally beat Cinci in the finals and it looks like they might pull off the upset.

The under sounds right. Last game took 2 ot's to get to 132.
Like ND to win just can't have the same slow start they had last night.

If we play like we played them back when they were ranked 10th then we can win. If we play like we played last night and the past few games then we get smoked.

Louisville 79
Notre Dame 63

If we use the burn offense and play to our strengths then we will be fine

I have been completely fearful of our shooting and play at MSG (read last nights post, and the St. J's game and last year's), but you are wrong about the 3s. ND was 50% last night from the arc - granted overall they shot like 37%, but they did hit the tres. Oh my, they must have been in the 20% range for 2s. Hopefully they are better tonight.

I hate to say this but Cooley just plain stinks. He looks lost every time he gets the ball. Does he know he can dribble the ball too?

FYI I'm a huge Cuse BBall fan, and was soooooooooo looking forward to a Cuse v. ND Championship game, but now after watching what happened tonight I'm afraid Syracuse will lose in the first round of the real tournament, absolutely **** poor effort by SU. I have NEVER been so frustrated watching a Syracuse game than I was tonight. Dion Waiters needs to be a starter over his cousin Scoop end of discussion. If 'Cuse won tonight it just might have been the greatest comeback I had ever seen and I still wouldn't have been happy about it...hears to hoping ND plays as good as SU was playing bad (idk if that even makes sense, oh well)

I can assure you that they wont lose in the first round. I don't think they will win the National Championship but they won't go out in round 1.

Is it just me or does Martin like to play hot potato with the ball when pressured in the backcourt? He threw away the ball in the USF game late and almost just did it again there
