Yup thats him
Hes probably a silent commit right now and maybe BK wants him to hold on a public commitment until the Junior Days in the hope that it might start some momentum
I still dont get it, as a Notre Dame fan, if I were an athlete, I could never see myself even accepting an offer from Michigan or U$C. I dont know, I was recruited for soccer, no one major, but I have a hard time seeing myself being persuaded by a coaching staff from a team that I despised growing up.
I'm fairly confident he'll be Irish. I don't care what is being said right now you don't go from wearing a ND tie to not taking the offer unless he REALLY dislikes the idea of defense (which it appears he doesn't).
Bivin and Matuska this weekend would make me a happy man.

His coach calls him a "street-fight football player."
I would hav held water bottles for the nd program. If he wants to come to nd bad enough the opportunity is right in front of him
Me too, but that's me without the ability to go start for another team in the position I'd prefer to play. Doesn't mean the kid doesn't love ND if he goes elsewhere to play TE. Just means the kid has his heart set on something ND doesn't want to offer. Don't get me wrong, I'd love him to come play D if that's something that's in his heart too.
i respectfully disagree quite strongly.

I gotta agree with you.. if I was recruited to clean the toilets in the locker room at Notre Dame I'd choose that over being recruited to play QB at USC.. when you love ND, you love ND.. maybe I'm just a crazy fan though, lol
That's exactly what you are. lol
I don't think you can blame someone for doing what they think is best for their future.
fair enough lol, I'm not gunna fight it
"@ISDUpdate: Ohio's Jacob Matuska had a great visit to #NotreDame, but he didn't commit. Decision should be coming 'sooner than later' More info coming"
