I talk to some recruits occasionally on their statuses, but we have some dumb people on our fanbase, that tag them in everything they post, to get their attention.

I think there are guys on here that wish no fan ever tried to interact with these recruits...they'd say that was "dumb".

Look I'm well beyond being a contemporary with these kids, So I don't engage them in any way whatsoever...but I can see where an 18yo kid would. Well not to mention I think Twitter and facebook are...mmmm, not for me....so not a chance anyway.

fans are fanatics...what is acceptable behavior to one, isn't to another. Someone should write a "Dummies" volume for recruiting etiquette and social media.

Or maybe one of you Sage, Savvy guys could make one up on here so folks with impulse issues might be shown a line...I don't know.

It appears to be a problem though...for every fan base...

Maybe it needs its own thread???
