This is from people who go to school with Decker (lots of grapevine):

Meyer called to see if he was interested. Blah blah blah... UM asked if he had a gf, Decker said yes. He asked if she applied to OSU, and Decker said she didn't have the grades. UM said to have her fill out an application, and he would handle it. Next day, Decker decides to go to OSU.

Actually he is correct. When the situation with hiring of the GF was brought up in another tread it was stated that the NCAA recently passed a rule concerning that but it was specifically written as basketball.
