I used to listen to Tom when he played in garage bands. Totally had a crush on his ostentatiously beautiful younger sister!

Nobody mentioned Clapton, Grec, Winwood, Baker, Traffic, Cream, (the super group) Blind Faith or any of that whole cadre. Nobody mentioned Guess Who, BTO or any of the early Canadian bands. How about Yes, Deep Purple, The Band, Moody Blues, and so many more. Great American bands that need to be included: Chicago, Grand Funk, America and Jackson Browne. And there were a plethera of southern Bands and performers with a gritty blues sound from Little Feat, to Leslie West and Mountain, to the Winter Bros, to Stevie Ray Vaughn (and Double trouble.) And who could forget the Delaware

This could go on forever. A cross generational/genre tune:

70/80s rule. I guess I'm getting old (41) but I don't think 20 years from now the'll be talking about a lot of 2000s and 2010s clasic rock. 90s had grunge, but that's about it. PJ, STP, Nirvana were cool, but after that, stuff just sounds the same (music in general).

Anyway, my favs in no order.
Van Halen (David is king, but Sammy wasn't bad)_
Zep
ACDC
GnR
Floyd
Stones
Fleetwood Mac
Def
Aerosmith
ZZ
Kinks
Kiss
Police
Black Sabbath

Yeah it is.... Just early... Unreal how well he could sing from a do-op/ rock and how stand point.... It's like frank Sinatra in a rock band....

Great song
