I agree. This is the one guy I Coveted the most. Now that he is more than likely gone, I personally would prefer the ND hat be left in the bag. Just hate losing out on Ronald. Wherever he ends up though I wish him great success. He really seems like a great kid.

Darby is currently 4-Star recruit ranked 38th on ESPN 150.

Commit to FSU, he'll jump into top 20 and become 5-Star...?

Commits to ND, he'll drop to 60's and stay 4-Star...?

Any takers?

Btw, in Kelly I trust. Just hope the kid is still open to his message. What he can do for ND and more importantly what ND can do for him.

I agree and how come when i quoted about this early it got deleted. I all i was pointing out is I didnt understand the ESPN love for F$U when they are a program that some how underachieve with all there "great" recruiting classes.

Don't ask questions about why posts get deleted. It will only get you in trouble. Just assume you effed up and move on.

As for Darby, I sure hope this kid comes around. He would make this DB haul epic!

Ya so look for a Darby visit Friday hopefully Saturday night. Darby is an easy kid to persuade a lot of FSU commits are the reason he decommitted. So if we have the final say it will bold well for us.

I can't help it i am in such denial that Darby is not coming to South Bend. If we can't get him I don't know if I will get past the next stage of grief which is anger! Tee,Darby,Pool>Lynch,Tuitt,Ishaq? I would love to have this debate next week.

The odds are definitely not in ND's favor. Tough pulls for Poole and Agholar as well. But stranger things have most definitely happened, so it's cool to have hope. Personally, I'm keeping my hopes down b/c we're trailing for all our remaining targets outside of Standifer (for now)...

We have to accept that Darby didn't and doesn't want to come to ND. He wants to be more wooed. And we must not have wooed(sp?). Jimbo must have really put on the after burners on him.

And us blowing it against FSU really hurt us here. Those flipping 2 interceptions in the endzone killed us. Time to move on past Darby, good kid and great skills--wish he was Irish but looks to not want to be here.
