I would be very surprised to see him end up at this point after Armond was not cleared. This is sad because Arik can see himself at ND and if Armond was cleared we'd have both of them on campus already and in class.

The only thing that could flop Arik back to an Irish lean, in my mind, would be Brey getting back into the recruiting game hard. I really don't see that happening with the team in the middle Big East play though. As an individual football-first decision Arik is much more likely to stay out west than to head to South Bend. Hope I'm wrong, but the Armsteads expecting wholeheartedly for Armond to get cleared and then having that not happen has really tainted things.

lol, if you look into it deeply, then yes, this looks very good for ND, but with kids these days, he could be talking about High School in general, where is he hanging out right, bunch of stuff. I love twitter though, it always gives us something to talk about.

Arik knows all eyes are on him, so I think there was some meaning in the post, but whether it was leaving the West Coast or leaving High School to EE somewhere, I dont know.

Does nayone know for sure when the absolute last date for to him to be a potential EE? What about if he just enrolls for the fall semester and essentially "takes a semester off" until then? Are there any NCAA guidelines requiring an early high school graduate to do this, or is he required to EE? If this is possible, no one knows anything for sure until NSD I guess.

He'd have to be in class tomorrow in order to EE at ND. Not happening.

That's what he plans on doing now.

AFAIK, there is no rule that requires an early graduate to EE; it's merely an option. Arik has chosen not to EE, so he will enroll with most of his classmates in August when he arrives for fall camp.
