I went to Ohio State. Hearing people do the OH IO chant or saying THE Ohio State University pisses me off like no other.

errrrrrrrr....... Just hearing that nonsense is making my skin crawl. I hate the OH-IO chant. 3/4 of the Knock-Knees around here never even went to college yet they're all hell bent on making my life miserable by chanting those less than savory letters.

I can tell you that one of MY least favorite ohio moments is the NC Game that they lost on the field to Miami and yet somehow ended up winning...

The simple fact that this clown still has a job tells you everything you need to know about pO$U.

Ohio State Buckeyes president Gordon Gee makes ethnic comment slip-up - ESPN

"When we had these 18 colleges all kind of floating around, they were kind of like PT Boats, they were shooting each other," Gee said. "It was kind of like the Polish army or something. I have no idea what it was."

As nervous laughter arose in the audience of a couple hundred listeners at a Columbus Metropolitan Club monthly forum, Gee said, "Oh, never mind, who did I embarrass now?" A moment later he said: "I'll have to raise money for Poland now."

Gee did not apologize afterward, and stumbled a bit in responding to questions about the propriety of the remark.

"Now if you're going to say I was saying something bad about Poland, I'm not," he said. "I could have used some other term, I guess, then."

I hate that pompus A$$hole more than anyone. I think he is an enormous hypcrite, and god forgive me, I can't wait for Jesus to retire him...since the board of trustees at that HOle won't.

There was also a DB who hasn't seen the field yet transfer to duke last week. Said he wanted to concentrate on academics. Have to wonder where he got that idea considering he currently carries a 4.0.

I really really hate O$U and would probably would hate them more but I grew up in Michigan surrounded buy arrogant, obnoxious, rude, self rightous Michigan fans soooo.....Yeah still hate Michigan more but OSU stealing coaches and recruits is right on scUMs tail!

I think it is more that he "fell on the sword" for pOSU, if you will. I will never believe others did not know what was going on.


I also think Tressel will have success in the NFL, especially Indy.

I don't know. I am not a big believer in the transferability of college success to the pros, or vice versa.

I do believe, however, that Ohio State fans are idle boasters and self-delusional homers, who vastly overrate their team, and that Ohio State University is an odious force of hypcrisy in the college sports world.
