Is it my imagination or did Clemson melt down after the 99 yard strip and TD return?

When ND had that happen against USF they continued to battle losing by 3 points on a 14 point swing. Clemson was down 3 points before the fumble/strip and now they've had a 43 to 9 swing.

USF is not even 1/10th the team WVU is.

This= Truth. People don't remember because LSU poured it on at the end, but 1/4 the way through the 4th quarter when WVU played them it was a close, close game. They are a very good football team.

West Virginia lost to 5-7 Syracuse and 7-5 Louisville and barely beat 5-7 USF by 3 points. They also only beat PITT by 1 point, the same PITT team ND struggled with. WVU is good but not THAT good. Just had a really good game and to be honestly I was extremely happy because a lot of people thought Clemson was among the best teams in the country.

Apparently the Big East shouldn't have an AQ team. This shows otherwise.

1/10 huh. What does that make Syracuse who was a 14 point dog to WVU and won by 26, a 40 points differential.

Sagarin actually ranks WVU 4 points better than USF a team WVU actually beat by 3 points while favored to win by 1. You never let facts get in the way of your urinating posts, do you?

Nonetheless my post had nothing to do with comparing WVU and USF, as you well knew.

My post had to do with a gut wrenching TD play that became a TD for the other team, a STRIP that turned into a 14 point swing for the other team in two games, one a season opener and one a BCS Prime Time Bowl Game. Both games had a major Sudden Change play, a significant momentum changer. ND keep plugging and outscored USF 20-16 after the strip but came up 3 points short. Clemson folded and was outscored 43-16 after the strip .
