I've said from the jump that USC would be the team to beat, and I still believe it. He'll be visiting later this month (and the weather has been gorgeous, unfortunately), and USC gets last crack at him. Wouldn't be surprised if it was USC, then FL, and then ND. But with Alford on the case, we're still in a good position. Gotta hit a HR on that home visit though.

Supposedly Agholor told his roommate, a current Gator commit, that Florida is his top school. Of course his roommate could've heard what he wanted to hear. But it still seems like we are at least behind Florida at this point.

Twitter

Just spoke with safety commit Marcus Maye, who is rooming with Nelson Agholor, & he said the 5-star WR told him #UF is his "top school"

I still dont know why anyone would want to play at USC now, USC is definately going down hill. They might have hot girls at nice weather but so does a lot of other schools

They are going to be a top 5 team next year how is that going downhill?

When they got in trouble with the NCAA, limited recruits was part of their punishment. I think that starts next year. Plus, Kiffin isn't exactly the best at building a powerhouse

So anyways, I think the smartest thing for Nelson to do is to come to ND...

Agholor would be a HUGE get for the Irish. Damn, I hope that Darby doesn't waver anymore on his commitment either. As referenced in the article, there are DB positions and major playing time up for grabs next year!

HA! Show this quote next time some mouth-breathing Kelly hater starts telling you how recruits hate Kelly's temperament.

Passion has played a role in attracting Agholor to Notre Dame — head
coach Brian Kelly's passion.

"Everybody (on TV) sees all the reactions he has," Agholor said.
"That's all because of his passion to win and his passion to be
successful.

"The first time I really noticed him was when everybody made a big
deal about him yelling at the players. I was fired up. That cranked me
up. The aggression and concentration he coaches with, that's where
that comes from."

While some might think Kelly's fire might scare recruits away,
instead, it drew Agholor toward him.

"You know he's in the game," Agholor said of Kelly.

I said this from the the begining. But it only important in Nelso committs to ND witch is not going to happen.

I personally don't care about Kelly's demeanor, but I think it affects recruits both ways...

I think if you had to go through what he had to go through just watching it as a fan you would of lost your mind too. Cause i know i am still trying to find mind like Gary Gray is still trying to find the ball.

My living room tirades made Brian Kelly look calm.

Could you be any more consistently negative? Please feel free to spell check and reread your post prior to posting. The Deer would have a field day with you.

That's a good point. In contrast, while Kelly's face turned bright purple in the first game, my face turned bright white shortly before passing out. When I woke up, I went outside to punch trees, cry and scream obscenities at the top of my lungs. I even had to make a public apology to Irish Envy after a self imposed two-week hiatus.

So in contrast... Kelly's response was quite rational.
